Reginald M. Browne is a Principal of Global Trading Systems, “GTS,” a proprietary automated global securities market maker offering principal liquidity. Mr. Browne is a recognized industry pioneer in helping develop the United States exchange-traded funds industry from the early inception of ETFs to the present.

Mr. Browne has more than three decades of experience in equities and equity derivatives market making, helping industry-leading asset managers build and grow their ETF business segments. He has advised dozens of institutional asset managers on the delivery of investment products to the marketplace and advised global regulators on sensible, harmonized regulation of ETFs in various global markets.

Mr. Browne also serves as an Independent Director for American Century of Kansas City and currently serves as Chairman of the ETF Fund Board. In September 2023, Mr. Browne was appointed to the United States Semiquincentennial Commission as one of sixteen private citizens appointed as commissioners.

In addition to his extensive industry service, Mr. Browne is active in nonprofit governance centered on the arts. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Creative Capital Foundation in New York. Mr. Browne resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with his family.

Crystal West Edwards is a Principal in the Wealth Preservation Group and has extensive experience in elder law, special needs planning and advocacy, estate planning, estate administration, and counseling.

Crystal is highly experienced in working with the legal concerns of aging individuals and people with disabilities. She counsels seniors, individuals with special needs, and their families on complex estate and tax planning, asset preservation, eligibility for means-tested government benefits, fiduciary appointments, representation, and advocacy.

She is also a trusted advisor to financial institutions and corporate fiduciaries regarding judicial and administrative accountings and counseling related to the initial or continued means-tested government benefits eligibility of trust beneficiaries.

Crystal is a sought-after speaker and has authored numerous publications on elder and disability law, estate planning, special needs trusts, and government agencies. She is Co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

Bilal Little is a Director at the New York Stock Exchange, joining in 2024. He offers strategic guidance to asset managers and ETF issuers, utilizing the NYSE ecosystem to streamline ETF listings and operations.

Previously, he served nearly seven years as a Director at BlackRock, advising independent financial advisors on consulting and fundraising. With 20 years of experience in asset management, he holds the CETF designation and Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.

He graduated from Hofstra University, earned an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, and completed a Blockchain certification at MIT Sloan.

Dr. Lonnie Johnson is a bona fide rocket scientist and prolific inventor, holding more than 150 patents with dozens more pending. He is an inductee of the National Inventors Hall of Fame and the State of Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame, becoming the first African American to receive that honor in the state's history.

Dr. Johnson is also an inductee of the Black Inventors Hall of Fame and the Black Entrepreneurs Hall of Fame, becoming the first person inducted into both in the same year. He is a recipient of the Trumpet Award for his life's work and dedication to mentoring students.

His most famous invention, the Super Soaker water gun, was inducted into the National Toy Hall of Fame and has sold millions of units worldwide.

Dr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering, and several honorary doctorates. His professional career includes tenures at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the U.S. Air Force Weapons Laboratory, and Strategic Air Command headquarters. He received the Air Force Achievement Medal and was twice awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal.

At NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, his work on the Mars Observer, Galileo mission to Jupiter, and Cassini mission to Saturn resulted in multiple achievement awards for spacecraft system design.

Dr. Johnson is the founder and President of Johnson Research and Development, a technology company focused on developing his inventions. Its affiliated companies, Johnson Energy Storage and JTEC Energy, focus on commercializing advanced renewable-energy technologies.

Johnson Energy Storage is developing a next-generation rechargeable battery using Dr. Johnson's breakthroughs in solid-glass electrolyte. The technology is intended to hold approximately twice the energy of conventional lithium-ion cells and could significantly influence the electric-vehicle industry.

JTEC Energy is working to commercialize an engine that converts heat directly into electricity more efficiently than existing engines, including the ability to operate at comparatively low temperatures. The technology has potential applications involving geothermal energy.

Dr. Johnson's nonprofit organization, the Johnson STEM Activity Center, has served tens of thousands of underserved and socioeconomically disadvantaged students during the past two decades. The organization has helped Georgia lead the nation in minority student participation in a worldwide robotics program.

As a high-school student, Dr. Johnson won a statewide science competition with Linex, a remote-controlled robot. His childhood curiosity and desire to experiment ultimately paved the way for inventions and technologies spanning the energy, defense, aerospace, consumer-product, and toy industries. Through the Johnson STEM Activity Center, he continues to inspire the next generation of global leaders.
